Aon the Trustees’ Pensions Administrator is currently experiencing an extremely high level of member enquiries which may take longer for them to respond to any quote request or enquiry that you raise with them.

They are dealing with requests in chronological order, but while they are working to address this increased volume, it may be that it takes 4-6 weeks for them to respond to your request. Your patience while they work to improve the position is appreciated.
