Pete Foster Retires from the Trustee board of the AA Pension Scheme after 16 years

In early October, the Trustee ran a Member Nominated Trustee Director (MNTD) selection panel as our existing MNTDs’ terms of office expire on 31 October 2020. One our longest standing Trustee Directors, Pete Foster has decided to step down after an admirable 16 years.

We asked eligible Scheme members to nominate themselves to become an MNTD and six people (including two existing MNTDs) put themselves forward. The Trustee was very impressed with the high quality of candidates that applied, and the level of enthusiasm and commitment displayed by each one.

We are delighted to announce that the MNTDs from 1 November 2020 will be:

  • David Glover (re-appointed);
  • Steve Millman (re-appointed); and
  • Lloyd Sayers (new MNTD).

The Trustee would like to thank the membership for supporting the MNTD process and pay special thanks to all candidates who applied for the positions, as well as wishing Pete all the best for the future.
