Our New Company Nominated Director

We are thrilled to introduce Sian Sloane, who will be joining us as a Company Nominated Director. Sian has been a valuable member of the AA team for 14 years, currently serving as a Privacy Services Manager. Her extensive background in privacy law compliance means she is well-versed in navigating regulatory environments, ensuring compliance, and safeguarding sensitive personal data and company information.

Sian's sharp analytical skills, keen attention to detail, and unwavering commitment to ethical standards make her an exceptional candidate for the role of pension trustee. We are confident she will bring great value to our Board.

Our New Member Nominated Director

We are also excited to welcome Elaine Dundon, who will join us as a Member Nominated Director in March 2025. Elaine brings with her an impressive 40 years of experience and knowledge. She has previously held the position of Pensions Secretary for a Final Salary scheme, with responsibilities for governance, fund collection, and reporting, working closely with Trustees and Administrators.

Elaine has also served as the Head of HR Governance, overseeing company payroll to ensure accurate and timely deductions and payments as required per scheme. Now a retired pensioner and a member of the scheme, Elaine's wealth of experience will be invaluable to our Board.

We are so pleased to welcome both Sian and Elaine to the Board and look forward to all the amazing contributions they will bring to our Scheme.
