Updates to the Trustee Board

Back in November the AA Pension Scheme (The Scheme) announced it was looking for new Member Nominated Trustee Directors (MNTD) to join the Trustee & help run the Scheme.

We asked eligible Scheme members to nominate themselves to become an MNTD and seven people put themselves forward. The Trustee was very impressed with the high quality of candidates that applied, and the level of enthusiasm and commitment displayed by each one.

We are delighted to announce that the successful candidates who joined the Trustee on 1 January 2021 are:

• Christopher King (Retired Road colleague); and
• Gillian Purdie (AA Finance colleague).

The Trustee would like to thank the membership for supporting the MNTD process and pay special thanks to all candidates who applied for the positions.

We are also delighted to announce the appointment of Lesley Atkinson as a Company Nominated Trustee Director. Lesley works in our marketing team.
